Welcome to Term 2
We have a very busy term this term.
Mr Noser our student teacher is in the classroom untill week 5. He is an expert in film making and is currently working on a unit with the students. They are making their own animations. Watch this space to see the results.
We have our last Rippa Rugby day next week, Hockey this week an Soccer this week and next.
Cross country is coming up so students: start running around those feilds in practice.
Soon we will be starting a technology unit on yeast. The end product should be a feast!
The talent quest will also be at the end of term helping students get ready for the 'Production' in term 3.
We also have interviews to see how students are going, at the end of the term.

Homework
Wow! The students are making the most amazing objects for the building part of thier homework. Their ideas are varied and never the same.
Milk in Schools
We have been very lucky to be in the trial for 'milk in schools'. The students are enjoying having the option to have milk (nice, cool milk) with their lunch. Rip has done a fantastic job of keeping the fridge stocked.
